AGM

Notice of Annual General Meeting

To be held at Thurmaston Scout HQ, Unicorn Street, Thurmaston, LE4 8AW on Sunday 6th February 2011, 12:30p.m. for a 1:00p.m. start.

The following are required to be with the Secretary by midnight on Saturday 15th January 2011 in line with the TYMBA Constitution.

  • Nominations for TYMBA Executive Committee.

The Committee are happy to stand for another year though nominations for any Office will be accepted.

  • Motions on any matters relating to the running of TYMBA.

Both the above require a proposer and a seconder, and for any motions for discussion, the presence of the proposer is required at the meeting. An original copy signed by both parties should be with the Secretary by Saturday 15th January 2011.

  • Nominations for President.

Please bring your own lunch with you; tea and coffee will be sold on the day.

Directions to the venue will be sent out with the Agenda after 15th January 2011.

Apologies for absence can be telephoned or sent to the Secretary.
